I’m Katelyn.

I’m a mom, wife, and a scientist with a passion for fertility and fertility research.

Trying to conceive can be really, really stressful, especially if things don’t seem to be going according to plan. I teach future-parents how they can increase their chances of getting pregnant with science in mind and kindness at heart.

Ovulation Predictor Kits (OPK)

Once your OPK strip turns positive, ovulation is probably in the next 12-36  hours.  They give you results in minutes and OPKs are cheap!


Cervical Mucus (CM)

Notice your cervical mucus changing from dry or sticky, to wet and stretchy? That means you’re entering your fertile window!


Basal Body Temperature (BBT)

After ovulation, your temperature goes up, and stays up until you get your period. It’s a great way to check if you’ve ovulated.
